I invited a second account as a guest and asked them to change one status without a tour.
The guest finished fastest in Notion and asked the most questions in Coda, specifically about a button I thought was obvious. Airtable's form for new requests was the cleanest intake and the worst place to read the brief. Mobile was acceptable in all three and pleasant in none. I dropped a row on the phone and fixed it on the laptop. That is the honest mobile review.
I did not test enterprise admin, HIPAA setups, or bases with tens of thousands of records. Performance complaints at that size are common enough that you should pilot with a copy of production data, not with 40 fake rows like I did.
